The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. The store layout was easy to navigate. It was clean and bright. I was disappointed because they discontinued selling Sheba cat food. However, the staff helped me find an alternative. Quick check out & lovely people. Plus, they give so much love to my puppy!

Great but prices are hogh

Had a hard time finding what I went for (retractable leash), regular leashes were in another aisle. Looked for an employee but didn't see one so I had to search the whole store. The employees I did see were very friendly

I was told Aggie was infested with fleas but made no sense so they charged me an extra $13 on grooming. Afterwards, they told me there was only 1 flea on her. No one offered to remove this charge. I was also told to buy a Capstar or generic so that was an additional expense of $20. I am very disappointed.

No available sales person to ask a question of. Also, they did not have what I was looking for which was links to a choker collar for my dog.
