In n out is great! We had a good time as always!

Good food too long of wait

Cold food. Asked for side spread and mustard, but did not receive either (did get ketchup). Employee even asked 4 how many sides of spread I wanted, (2) but put none in bag. Especially frustrating when you don't even know the forgot until you get all the way home.

Slow but good taste

Very busy lunch rush, 12 people ahead of me in line took forever.

Took very long to take my order(not just line-I was sitting waiting at the order spot for long time-all cars in front of me paid -3-4 cars) before they answered on the loud speaker to greet me-then, they forgot my cheese fries in the bag. I had to go in and get them-ridiculous! Never had service that bad here

it's not even funny how people are just a few weeks of a sudden it was the best of the year and the best of the year
