In-N-Out Burger

Great food

First of all they need managers on top of their employees I was not at all greeted when I came to the window. Also waited forever and wasn't even acknowledged while waiting! No one ever apologized for waiting close to ten minutes for my food! The girl was then trying to hand me the food but I was busy on my phone and didn't even say a word to me, she was just dangling my food outside the window expecting me to be ready after waiting for so long. And again she didn't even apologize or said thank you for going there! Didn't have a smile or say a anything!!! Worst customer service not sure maybe she was having a bad day but didn't mean she had to take it out on me! Wish I would of had the guts to complain to her manager...
