Coworker wanted to eat here - very small menu and nothing for vegetarians except fries. I know it's just the style of restaurant and many people love it, but not my thing. Staff were very nice and place was clean even though it was so busy.

I visit the in n out by lax every time I visit la. This was my first bad experience. The wait was long as normal. But the car in front of me had an issue with a previous experience. They were arguing about paying for their food. They were trying to use free coupons sent by in n out but they wanted more than the coupon said. They argued with the cashier and then the manager for ten minutes. I told the manager he should have pulled them out of the line to settle the issue. My food was cold when I got it because of this.

Messed up the order that had been repeated to me several times by two different indolividualz

Fries are stale and cold

not as good as it used to be
