Went for a specific item - milk shakes for family. Unfortunately the shake machine was not functioning and was awaiting repairs. The manager was very nice and apologetic about the situation.

It was terrible. I waited 20minutes along with other people in the drive thru. When I got to the mic to order I didn't get a response until I had to get rude. She responded and said they aren't taking any orders cause the computers were down! She should have said that to me the first 10 times I said hello. Terrible service I won't be going back to that location
