Needed to grab lunch on the go and someone had recommended the Buttery Jack so I decided to stop and try one. The order taker was rude and either didn't understand English or just couldn't grasp the idea that I just wanted a burger and drink with no fries. After repeating my order about 5 times I thought she understood but when I got to the window they had still wrung up a combo. Got that fixed and pulled away. When I opened the burger box it looked like it had been dropped on the floor with the toppings and burger all off of the bun and looking a hot mess. I tossed it in the trash and grabbed a granola bar for lunch instead.
