Huge hold up in short line

In n out is the best burger place in California. The staff is friendly and fast. I just wish there was plenty of parking and not always a long line when ordering

The dining area is way too small for the amount of people that stop at this location! It took well over 10 minutes to place our orders. Every table was occupied, and I noticed a guy eating his food while standing. If there wasn't a 3rd person in our party we may have not gotten a table. We chose dining in because the drive thru line seemed too long. We only ate our burgers because the fries were cold. This was on a Thursday, it must be insane after local events.

They took so long to get my order done! The line was so long during lunch time but the turn around for customers was terrible! They usually have faster service

The line was so abysmally long in the drive thru! It went down around the corner of the street! Couldn't find parking and barely was even able to make it inside due to so many cars not letting me turn left into the lot.
