the wait was very long but everything else was fine

I didn't really like the food

Place was a MESS! Asked a worker to clean my table and he cleaned a random one, JUST ONE. All the tables were gross. Not many people were there and they were slow. Food didn't taste like it usually did, it was cold and blah. Produce looked old. & the soda was flat and they didn't fix it.

French fries were stale and hard. I had mine protein style, and the lettuce was so wet that I had to throw most of the burger away. We got our order to go, so by the time I realized the poor quality of the burger and fries, we did not want to back track to have the problem corrected. This was my first time at In & Out in many years, and now it will most likely be many more years before I try again ... If ever!!!

I used to work at store #145. My husband and I decided to visit this store by the Grapevine on our way into town. The fountain sodas had an extremely strange taste. Like no taste I can explain. It definitely wasn't the carbonation or syrup levels. Another associate agreed that she could taste it, but the manager came up, tasted the soda and said he can't taste it so it must be fine. Basically, denied any problem. It just didn't seem like a typical response or that he was concerned that there could be a real problem. He did offer my money back, but I said no. I still need to drink something. I just thought he should know. The taste in the soda, made me very untrustworthy of the rest of my food experience.
