They lost my ticket and had to guesstimate charges and were not able to give accurate summary of outcome of service. I requested tires be checked due to slow leak and having to have them aired up every 2 or 3 months. They tech that made my appt did not even put it in to be checked. When I enquired about them being checked he tried to avoid the question and then tried to lead me to believe they had checked them and everything was fine due and used allignment check as proof.
