They forgot to give me one of the hash browns that I ordered I had to back through the drive thru & what I didn't like was that they didn't even appol

Jack in the box would not be my first choice but it is some what cheap

I specifically went for one item for my child. A healthy kids meal of grilled chicken strips which we have bought there many times before. The staff said they could not make that for us. I said "you have grilled chicken strips right?" "yes" "and you have a menu item of 2 chicken strips kids meal right?" "yes" "well what's the problem?" "Those are supposed to be fried." I said "we have bought the meal this way many times. Kids meals should be healthy, and you are not giving me an option for a healthy kids meal." I ended up paying twice as much for one chicken strip a la carte, a side and a drink all a la carte. I will not go back to this jack in the box.

My buttery jack was terrible.

guy at the drive thru had no interaction with me. was very very RUDE!

staff was ridiculously rude!!! don't like being there? get a new job!!!
