Cashier was distracted and food was just meh.

Don't know why I'm addicted to the food

I got sick

The lady who took our order at the speaker in the drive thru was so rude to us I would have just backed up and left if there hadn't been another car right behind us. The young lady who served us our food at the window was not the rude lady that took our order and she was very nice! We have had bad experiences with the rude employees at this location before and we will not be eating at that location ever again. I have given it time.... Have called and complained to the manager previously, who was also rude, have given it more time, and that location (255 & Collinsville Rd.) remains to be the absolute worst Jack in the Box I have ever been to. Never again. I'm done.

The lady who took my order was so involved in her high volume personal conversation with the kitchen staff I had to repeat my order 3 times for her to get it right. I am dissatisfied.
