Jack in the Box

Staff was rude and got my order wrong 3 times

The people at the San Marcos jack in the box were extremely rude and disrespectful. The fact that I had to go back to the counter over and over again because they couldn't get my food out for over 15 minutes at a time when there were 4 people in the restaurant is just bad

We walked in around 10:10pm. Waited a few minutes until an employee talked to us. We were shocked when we were told they are closing the lobby because there were only 2 employees working. So we had to leave and eat at Taco Bell across the street. They weren't getting "slammed" in the drive through or the lobby. They had a couple people in the drive through, one table eating inside, one waiting on their order and us waiting to order. And to top it off the gentleman wearing gloves put on a headset while touching his head in the process and continue handling food. The employee was in the kitchen part the whole time, so I didn't get a name. He was the African American gentleman. He should be reminded about food handling.
