Had home style chicken. Chicken was way over cooked. Staff was so busy they let chicken cook too long in fryer.

Couldn't understand the employee on the speaker. Another employee took over. Still couldn't hear and or understand that employee either. Then we were asked to park in the front of the bldg. to wait on an egg roll. Then when we bit into our chicken fajita pitas...the onions were raw and crunchy and there was zero cheese!!! :( So frustrating to order and pay for food that is rushed and not prepared correctly.

We were going to use the coupons for free tacos and the girl was so hateful at the drive through because I thought we could use 2 coupons.

The service was really slow and the employees were very rude I tried to talk to a manager when I called only to be placed on hold for 15 minutes then told the manager wasn't there

Every table was filthy, the floors had food all over it, there were no customers in the restaurant so there was no reason for the appearance to be that way. Staff was in the back giggling and cutting up instead of doing their jobs
