I wanted a specific item on the menu. The spicy chicken sandwich I wanted was stale. The chicken patty seemed like it was cooked and reheated several times it was inedible. The server was also distracted and couldn't be bothered to smile or say you're welcome at my thank you. Previous experience have been positive, but this time around not at all!
