The people at the drive thru had an attitude

I usually visit this location but the staff at the drive thru took a very long time even though we already reached the speaker box to take the order. We ended up not placing our order driving out of the drive thru and ordering inside instead.

I wanted and graved a 20 PC chicken nugget order. I ordered it and when I got home to enjoy, to my disappointment the chicken was completely cold and obviously old, not fresh. Very unhappy with this and as a result, I won't be visiting anytime soon.
