Fries were cold. I told them yes I want tomato in my burger. When I got my burger, was there tomato? Nope!!!!!! -______-

So slow tonight. Took almost 30 minutes to get my order tonight.

Been to this location numerous times and have always had fast, friendly service. This time our food took forever!! We ordered to go and watched numerous people who ordered the same thing, and even more, AFTER us get their food BEFORE us. When I finally asked about my order the counter attendant simply said, "it's ready, let me make your shake". She did not "make" my shake, she handed me a soupy shake that had obviously been sitting there. When we finally ate the food (right away in the car) I could tell our food had just been sitting there as our burgers were very soggy. I'm sure they just forgot to call out our order or thought someone else did but for $16 I was left wanting.
