I want to state that this is the first disappointing experience I've had at Jack In The Box in a very long time and that counts for a lot. During my most recent visit, I ordered the two large sized combo meals that my boyfriend and I always get, two tacos, a strawberry shake with no whip cream and no cherry, and I requested some ranch dipping sauce. When I got to the window, the cashier told me they were out of dipping sauce and instead gave me a salad dressing pack - sure it's less convenient for a to-go order but definitely not a big deal. He then handed me my shake, it had the whip cream and the cherry on it, which he noticed right as he gave it to me and offered to scoop it off. I said not to worry about it, no big deal and that I'd take care of it myself at home. Then when I got home I found that I had been given the wrong combo meal and that's the error that made the entire trip a disappointment. I spent $22 and half of the order was incorrect. Chalk it up to an off day, as I said, I'm usually very satisfied with both the efficiency and the quality of Jack In The Box.
