Why no more cheese sticks?!?

Everytime I go to this jack in the box they never give me curly fries that I paid for and asked for.

Recently, as a late night early morning (4:30-5 am) meal (since it was one of the last days of summer for my kids) I went to JITB to purchase 3 meals. 2 of the Munchie Meal Boxes and another combo meal. (We did have some adjustments to our orders like different cheese; no sauce, etc. I pretty much always adjust my orders customizing them to my liking or due to dietary/allergy restrictions.) After getting home and beginning to eat we discovered our food was made incorrectly and we were not happy with it. So naturally I called the JIB and spoke with the manager. Since I was a little perplexed about the mess up because they had NOT been busy; I had been VERY clear on the exclusions and substitutions of my order and even had the guy repeat it to me!) So, I was really at a loss as to WHY our order was incorrect! The manager asked what I wanted him to do about it and I asked that they be remade (at another date/time) to which he took down my name and the order info and stated they would replace the two Munchie Meals that had the "issues". Not even offering to just replace the whole order, which was fine as my sons wasn't messed up. This morning, Sept 1st @ approximately 8:30 am - 9 days after the fact of the above agreement to re-do my order), I went through the drive through of the SAME JITB on NASA Parkway/NASA RD 1 in Texas. Much to my dismay I was pretty much treated like a common criminal by the cashier guy AND by the little old Hispanic lady, Elba that was/is one of the Managers there. After massive confusion on the Cashier guys part, he passed me over to Elba. Who began out nice enough by attempting to take my order, which she messed up REPEATEDLY while I was trying to get her to call it off back to me. I didn't know if it was a language barrier or what UNTIL she copped an attitude with me and began overly questioning me, like I was lying.
