Very slow service

The 3 people that were in staff were very nice and did an excellent job with the way they handled their situation of being short staffed. Although there were a few things that I would have changed based on my experience of managing a restaurant and going through a night where I was short staffed. Overall they did a great job, and even though they got my order wrong, the fact that they were apologetic and cared about the customers who were waiting in the lobby that night made up for it. The staff consisted of a young lady working the drive thru/cashier register. A manager who was helping make fries and taking DT orders and a young gentleman who had tattoos on his arm and one on his right eyebrow. If you guys see this keep up the great work!
