I usually love this place. The burger was a little burned and the manager was awful. He had a terrible attitude and didn't seem excited at all. I think he needs a new job.

They got our order almost completely wrong, and we had to send back one of our kids' grilled cheese sandwich because it was burned. My wife's and my turkey burgers were also over-cooked, but we were so annoyed by the experience that we didn't say anything. The manager did give us some coupons, but he really should have comped our meal. I doubt we'll go back soon given how many burger places there are in our neighborhood.

For the price of the burger I would expect it to be a good quality burger. My meat patty was extremely burnt and crumbling
