Jack in the Box

LOVE the new drink machine, but the breakfast Jack was merely okay.

the food was dry

lady at drive thru was nice. guy at drive through had attitude.

They locked the front door as I was pulling up, it was 3pm

Ok I understand that it was Thanksgiving morning but if you are going to be open you should run it like any other day. The lady at the window on the speaker could not speak or understand English. I am not a racist person I am stating a fact. I had to wait for ever for my order then when I got it tacos that I paid for were not in my sack. I had to go back around and wait in a long line again because they had a runner bring them out and he was gone before I could check my sack. Ok then I'm trying to make the lady understand I want my tacos I had paid for and she kept telling me how much I need to pay. Finally when I went to the window and put receipt in her face she understood but then again made me go around front and wait for ever for a runner to bring them to me. It was rediculous and believe me by the time I finally made it home with cold food I wasn't much in a thanksgiving mood!!

Not going back. Having to wait for our food to be cooked, and then it's burnt.

They need more efficient workers
