Jack in the Box

I wanted a salad from Jack in the box. I new it would be a quick transaction and their salads are pretty good.

I ordered an ice coffee, wanted sugar free vanilla, they don't carry it. Fine. Got a regular Ice coffee, asked for 2 sweet n lows inside. They said they couldn't do it. They would put it in on the side. The whole reason I went through drive through I was in a hurry. Had to pull over to the side to put the sugar in. Of course super full. Spills as I open the lid. The sweet n low hard chunks. Did not mix well. Then when I put the lid back on, it's on the lip of the cup. Even though I wiped it off, it wasn't enough. Dripped on my shirt. When I took the first drink of course the clumped sugar straight up my straw. Terrible. So now what was going to be convenient, unfolded into pure disaster. Wished I had gone to McDonalds where they put the sugar in. I'm not lazy, I go through drive through as convenience. I will need to rethink jack in the box next time.

The employees need to pay more attention to the costumes
