Jack in the Box

Once again, this jack in the box had a very courteous employee; however once again not all of my order was in the bag!!! I ordered two sides of value fries. Only one was in the bag. Also, the kids hamburger meal was not good at all.

Ordered 25.00 worth of food, only to arrive home to find an item missing. Also, my salted Carmel milkshake tasted like warm spit. I drove back to JitB and they made another shake and gave me the rest of my missing order. By the time we ate our food; it was ice cold. The original window guy was very sweet and courteous, and I do understand that mistakes happen. However, when I drove back and had to get out of my car to get the forgotten item, I'm thinking I should've gotten some sort of refund or coupon.
