my food was cold and fries very greasy... it seems like it was not fresh and I was not at all happy. However, the customer service rep was very nice

The munchie menu wasn't displayed the employee in drive thru was VERY VERY RUDE they missed you the order.

I was grabbing a bite to eat on my lunch break... Was going to subway but was short on time and saw jack in the box near and I didn't feel like getting out of the car so I go order my food and although the guy was friendly he gave me the wrong burger.... I ordered a number 10 which is the chicken club and he gave me some garlic butter burger. It was not good and I could not go back and change it so I wasted time and money... My strawberry shake was delicious though

By far the worst service. Rude night time workers, ghetto at that. Order wrong 3 times and food tasted a day old. Horrible
