I love Jack in the Box's wide variety of menu items and I love that they serve breakfast all day. It took a very long time to get through the drive thru.

The food wasn't hot and it took a long time to be served

After waiting for a long time in the drive thru with only three cars in the line, we were given and charged for the wrong order. The car ahead of us had to go in and get their food, and our payment that had already been made had to be voided and then changed to fit our own order. The ordeal took about 15 minutes before we finally got our food and were able to leave. Compensation was not offered.
