It was ok today. The tacos were not as good as normal.

waited nearly 30 minutes and drive thrue cashier was very rude

EXTREMELY SLOW!! 10 mins wait before taking order of car in front, then another 5 min wait to get my order taken. Was not offered/given condiments which usually come with my order, had to request them. I ordered 4 tacos, which were carefully placed in the bag UPSIDE DOWN! So I wore the first one when I pulled it out of its wrapper! Totally horrible experience

The woman taking my order was so flustered, I spent roughly 4 minutes just attempting to get it correct. I pulled forward, one car ahead of me (nearly empty parking lot), no idea how long it's been there. I sat behind this car and watched as it took 5 minutes for her to pay for a medium drink and receive it. I had no hope or misconception on how long my turn was going to take. The person who took my order appears to be on the brink of a total melt down. Two cars total In the drive thru and someone else running the counter. I knew something was going to be wrong with my order. She opened the window but never spoke a single word to me. Getting drinks seemed like a challenge. 6 minutes later, I'm being asked for my payment. Hand a completely different female my card, she scoffs about the failure to provide drinks. I start receiving my order and notice orange juice coming toward me. I didn't order that, but at this point I don't even care. I take what's handed to me and am told to have a nice day. I politely asked for my card back and reciprocated the salutation. One breakfast sandwich was awful, no hash browns, and a random orange juice. Never again.
