Jack in the Box

I think Jack in the Box has improved in its food quality over the past decade. I was fairly satisfied with the service and have this returned for service several times

I ordered several items one of which was a salad which was not fresh. The salad was wilted and the cucumbers were spoiled and slimy. I had to return the item upon which I had to wait quite some time for the order to be redressed. The manager insisted on making another salad instead of refunding my money. I will never go to Jack in the Box again. Very dissatisfied.
