Use real meat.

We asked 2 times for ice water and did not receive it. We asked that the meat for a sandwich be put on the side and were told that the sandwich had 'egg, ham, bacon & cheese but no meat'. That is an exact quote. We told them to put the ham & bacon on the side. The sandwich STILL had bacon on it. We didn't bother to have them fix it because we were very tired as we were on our way home in the early hours of the morning. All in all it was a bad experience.

very poor customer service, felt rushed, and staff was unhelpful.

I stood at the counter waiting to place my order and not one person greeted me or asked if I needed anything! Two ladies looked at me as they carried on a conversation in spanish, they both smiled at me and that was all i got. i walked out without anything after i got tired of waiting for 10 minutes!
