This is our second so-so experience at this particular Steak 'n Shake. The food took a looooong time to come out, but they were busy so I understood. The waitress forgot my son's applesauce, no big deal. Then the Parmesan fries were SO caked with the flavoring power I had to send them back and ask for plain fries. So it was: so-so.

I was greatly disappointed with my overall experience. The worker was rude, the food was cold and nasty and they took too long I won't go back.

Went to Get a shake because we were craving them and the ma home was broken. The food was also very dry n no salt on my fries which was not pleasant to me at all.

We waited over 20 minutes to get our food from the drive thru. Then two out of our three sandwiches were wrong, they forgot to give us a drink, and the shakes only had candy in the very top! We were bummed!
