It was really expensive - $5 for a fry and small drink - and the fries were only warm. For $5 I expected more.

The location was completely out of napkins. Paper towels were provided upon request. Lemonade/Hi-C dispenser did not work. All tables in the dining area were dirty. Took a while to get someone from the back to address the problem. When I asked for a lemonade refill from behind the counter, as the customer dispenser was still not working, no one seemed to recall that I had told them about the problem only a few minutes earlier.
