I had a coupon for 2 sourdough Jack for $5. After waiting a few minutes because the drive thru cashier was a newbie, the manager came to help her. She wasn't able to honor my coupon and I only left with one sourdough Jack and paid a higher price than that on the coupon. She didn't apologize or try to rectify the error.

You guys messed up the jack spicy chicken it isn't the same anymore with that new bread and my chicken was to dry and hard!!!

Normally an excellent experience with enthusiastic service. The person on the intercom seemed more interested in what her coworkers talking about. She didn't ask what drink I wanted, whether I wanted curly or regular fries. At the window I had about two seconds of her attention. She told me the price and I gave her the card. During no part of our verbal exchanges did she say thank you, you're welcome, have a nice day or anything! It was very perplexing. As I said before, normally the people who work the window are courteous and thoughtful. This person was neither.

Went to Jack in the Box last night and bought 2 tacos, drove all the way to the house and there were plastic wires in my food. Took it back and the manager didn't offer anything to resolved the problem. That was by far the worst issue throughout my day. From this day on, I'm NEVER eating Jack in the Box again :(
