The lady in drive thru was rude the line was long and my food was cold...... An I had went that morning and got the same thing an it tasted different not the same quality

She was very rude to us and very impatient. Kept trying to give us a total after everything we ordered, which was 3 different meals. We tried to not get ketchup on the burger and she cut us off and didn't respond while we sat and ate there.
