Quick service, friendly staff, and hash browns were fresh an hot!

Quick service, sandwich was fresh but the hash browns seemed old and not freshly cooked.

Slower service than normal, staff is usually friendlier. They were very busy maybe this distracted from the customer service.

I'm going to assume that I waited so long for my food because it was cooked fresh to order. However I didn't go through the drive thru to wait almost 20 minutes to get my order. There was 1 person in front of me. All they got was a drink.
