Very great customer service

Awesome food! Very very slow service! I waited for over 15 mins at the window and me being the only customer in line....

Love this place

Took 36 min to get through the drive thru. They seem to be getting slower and slower. That's why it's called fast food. Not waist my time food.

Slow service, asked for no lettuce on tacos and they all had lettuce. There were unmelted slices of cheese in the tacos. In line for 20 minutes in the drive thru.

They need more employees for the amount of customers that come in the restaurant. The wait time had been around 5 to 10 minutes.I eat lunch there several times a week because I work next door.

They were out of syrup

Employees care more about having fun. When placing my order they don't listen. I had to correct the drive thru person six times to get my order right. Once I got to the window and gave her my card. She had problems getting my card to read. After trying three times she turned to me and said your cards declined. Do you have another. I told her it was not declined. The magnetic strip is old and I've had issues with it. Just need to type in the numbers. She rolled her eyes huffed and angerly swiped my card over and over. Once I got my food. I checked it and my order was wrong. Big surprise. I informed her. She yanked the bag from my hand with anger. I told her she needed to calm down. She told me I needed to mind my own business. I left with cold food and feeling horrible. Tired of this store. If there was one closer to me I would go there.

Payed $20 for two people, waited 20minutes for the food

Out of tacos really your a fat food place. How do you run out of food.
