The speed of service was poor.

The restaurant was clean. My fries were Luke warm and they did not make them fresh. The burger was fresh and tasted great.

I love jacks iced mocha coffee. The girl who works the drive through isn't very friendly, which is disappointing. I believe she's new because I've always had a great experience with this fast food location. The food is always fresh and good.

Left without getting food. Ordered burger before & by accident they put an onion ring on it. Tasted great. Tried to order it that way & mgr didn't know how to process the order.
