I ordered my food and waited 10 minuets for it, and it wasn't very tasty.

I had to repeat my order 5 times before they got it correct in the drive thru and then I get my food and I'm missing some of it. Not happy with my lunch experience at all today. There is 2 jack in the boy's in our town and this one is always the best one but not today.

I purchased an iced mocha coffee. It was just nasty!!! Never again!!!

Well we went in and was going to eat there but after I went to the restroom it was so nasty I refused to eat there. So I made my wife and I leave. We went in to use the bathrooms before eating and in the men's bathroom there was pee in both toilets AND EVEN in a trash can in the stall and water everywhere. So I asked myself if they take care of there bathroom with this much care I wonder how they handle our food. Got the wife and left. I refused to eat there. It's was bad like real bad even for a men's room.
