Jack in the Box

They don't really seem to grasp that they are supposed to provide service. The food is okay but God help you if you order more than one drink and food.. No carriers EVER. Sort of the we made it.. Getting it home is your problem! Attitude.

It was very cold in the restaurant. The burgers have gotten considerably thinner, but the prices keep increasing. It was a rather disappointing visit

I LOVE jack in the box and there is nothing t one where you live - so every time I travel out of my town - I go to one - at least once. I am so tired of going to my favorite place and receiving food that is been waiting Under a heat lamp. I want hot fresh food. Esp fries Very disappointing! And it happens A LOT!

It was filthy. I love Jack in the box and there is not one in our town. So when we saw one we had to go. This one was filthy dirty, all of the condiment things and napkin things were empty, no toilet paper in restroom. Was gross.

My wife loves jack in the box. I go there and usually have fries. I do not eat meat. Then they started offering side salads. I was pleased. I went in and ordered 2 side salads. They said they did not have them anymore. I don't get it. Service is always slower than any other fast food. Always out of something.

Not much selection and if you don't frequent don't bother

Spent $20.00 and did not get one item correct and the fries were cold.

Ordered and paid for 5 monster tacos with no lettuce - got FOUR monster tacos - 2 with lettuce - 2 without lettuce ?!?!?!
