They took forever to get the food out

The girl had the wrong order when I got to the window. Didn't get a receipt. She gave me the wrong milkshake and then made it seem like it was my fault that she made it wrong. Not satisfied at all. I called customer service and they didn't seem too concerned either.

Didn't get 2 items and still got charged. Very slow.

Staff helped others and apologized to them and did not apologize to us for the wait. The chicken was burned and not enough food for the price. It was just the worst experience ever and it sucked.
