I waited for my food for nearly 15 minutes. There was not a lot of people in the restaurant so I'm not sure why it took so long. The cashier was rude and did not even look me in the eye when I ordered. My curly fries were cold by the time I got them and my burger was made wrong. Disappointed with this experience especially since I've had previous positive experiences with jack in the box.
