This Jack in a box is in a great location for me but my last four visits my French fries have been cold and over cooked....the drive thru and counter service take forever!!!! I have gone thru the drive thru and was missing my burger to my burger on more than one occasion....I ordered the buttery jack and Swiss burger and it had a sesame seed bun.......My husband and I prefer jack in a box but with the service and quality we are looking to find another regular restaurant!!! Not happy!!!!
