I am sorry but this was the worst experience ever! I was in Jack in the Box almost 45 minutes. It took forever to be waited on! The staff wasn't cheery like normal and half my food was cold by the time it got to me. There was no apologies or anything. Like I said worst experience ever. This makes me not want to come back. We weren't sure if we wanted Taco Bell or Jack in the Box and we made the wrong decision. I love the taste of the food, when it is hot. I was very disappointed that most of my food was cold and I didn't eat it. Waste of my time and money. I will no be back anytime soon. I believe it was the manager because, he was dressed different from everyone else, wasn't too nice either. I hope things change and other customers don't experience what I did.
