I love jack in the box's food but the service on this trip was not up to where it should be.

The service was great, and most of my food was fantastic - all except the value menu burger I ordered, it tasted disgusting.

the food was ok, there were too many flies. could not enjoy my food because I felt like I was at a camp out inside.

ni was very disappointed in how the strawberry banana smoothie tasted. i don't mind paying for a large smoothie around $5 as long as it somewhat tasted like strawberry banana. how did it passed as a new product? you were better off selling lemon
