TERRIBLE!!! I went to the restroom first where there was no toilet paper. Then I went to dry my hands & the paper towels came out 2 inches at a time. I then noticed the floor hadn't been mopped in a few weeks nor the tables been wiped off either. I decided to stay anyways because I was craving the spicy chicken sandwich. I ordered & while I waited went to fill up my drink. Over half of the choices were empty. I went to get my napkins & ketchup but the containers were empty near the drinks & at the front counter. I then decided to let the manager know all of these things. She told me it was because they had been without air conditioning?!? What does that have to do with it?!? Another employee handed me my food at the same time & so I sat down & found out I had a double meat burger instead of my chicken sandwich. They said they would redo it, but at this point I didn't trust them not to spit in my food for bringing up all of their issues. I asked for the franchise owners number & was told to use the number on the receipt. I told them that they never gave me a receipt. They found it in a pile of other receipts behind the counter. A employee came out & started wiping the drink area down while changing out the drink cartridges & restocking the napkins & ketchup. I called the toll free number & left as much info as the robot would let me. I figure I can call the health department in the morning & they can find the right person for me. Jack in the Box should bulldoze this building & start over. I'll never eat at this location again. Ryan McDaniel 817-517-1133.
