they are very unorganized and slow. they almost never have shakes, staff needs training

I ordered 4 tacos with a coupon for 2 free tacos. I handed the receipt with the coupon code for the free tacos and the cashier at the window said what's this for? I told her it was for free tacos. After paid she asked me to pull around as they were preparing my food. After about 5 minutes I drove around again and parked and went inside. I approached the counter and let the same cashier know that I was still waiting on the tacos. She quickly got them together and put two extra inside. Total I waited approximately 6 to 7 minutes for 4 tacos.

I guess because my total was on the screen it wasn't told to me. just drive around to the window. My food was just awful. I didn't finish any of it.

Waited 15 minutes for a to-go order. Didn't even order any specialty items, got a cheeseburger and a classic buttery jack. Had the same experience 2 days ago. Need more staff or faster equipment, would not consider this a fast food restaurant.
