This jack in the box I've always had a positive experience but this visit was absolutely the worst experience I've ever had at any jack in the box! Service was horrible to us!!! Asked for extra ketchup packets and she acted like it was the worst thing I could ask extra for!!!!

It took 25 minutes to get our order with only one person in front of us. They didn't even apologize for the wait. The chicken pita hardly had any chicken on it at all.
