Jack in the Box

This location is usually spot on and knows what is going on. On this particular night the menu boards were not lit up. The cashier told me I could not sub grilled chicken for the new chicken sandwich even though it's the same price as the sourdough grilled chicken club. I have done it numerous times in the past never been an issue. The grilled chicken is amazing here and the fried chicken lacks. The cashier failed to provide a receipt until asked then it was a reprint. Just like the car ahead of me. They should feature more grilled chicken sandwiches.

Just terrible food.
