Jack in the Box

I went thru the drive thru and the gentleman asked me what I would like, so I placed my order and waited about two to three minutes for the gentleman to respond and when he finally did, it was to ask me what I wanted AGAIN! So I repeated my order to be told they were completely out of number 18. So I did not eat at jack in the box

Waited to order. Lady took my order then went on to the next person without bothering to get my boyfriend's order. Then we both waited about 20-25 minutes for 2 sandwiches while it wasn't all that busy. I think I'll be going to a better location next time.

The drink carriers suck! She was going to hand me all 4 drinks when I stopped her and asked for a drink carrier. The drink carriers are flimsy. Both carriers fell over in the car. I had to keep picking them up. Then when I got home. And picked them up. One of the two carriers fell apart. One drink fell on the ground. No more drink there. And the other drink dropped in my car. Which happens to be 8 months old. All because jack in the box won't give their customers sturdier drink holders. I love jack in the box food. But their drink carriers need a major update. And jack in the box owes me 2 medium cokes. Which I'll probably never see.
