it took them 20minutes to get my food out to me . Just sad the one in Beaumont on highway 90 bad service

This was the worst time I have ever been to jack in the box. They messed up the order twice and it took 30 minutes to get through the drive thru.

Very slow. Initially we were going to eat in but it took so long we had them put it in a bag, it was 15-20 min wait time....for a cheeseburger!!!

Ordered tacos without taco sauce because no one who was eating them likes it. They were all sauced. But going back wasn't worth it
