Jack in the Box

The donuts were not cooked properly. They had soft dough in the middle. My chicken ranch club only had half of the meat and I had to throw away the half with no meat. Disappointing

I ordered a spicy chicken sandwich and there was a bone in it! I called the guest relations number and they want my food remains to send it to their lab to test. I know this was of no fault of the people working there, so I didn't bother them with a phone call. I think I got food poisoning too because I'm sick to my stomach. Girl at the window was kind of rude.

This was my worst experience at Jack-in-the-Box. It took eight minutes that somebody has to take my order in with two cars in front of me. I waited another 25 minutes before I was able to come up to the to the front. At that point I was so aggravated with the weight that I left. I don't know if I'll be going back again
