Drive thru experience was quick and easy.

My order was all wrong

Took 20 minutes just for the employees at the counter to stop chatting with the only customer in front of me. Extremely frustrating waiting 30 minutes to get food.

I was in line at drive thru waiting, for a long time, no one took my order, there were no cars in line. we drove to the front window and no one took our order at all. we could c the manager looking at paperwork. she never glanced our way. what a big disappointment, usually this jack n the box has great service but not tonight
